URFURNISH helps you see furniture in your room and shop it across retailers. These terms explain how the service works, what you can expect, and the responsibilities on both sides. Purchases are completed on retailer checkouts, under their terms.

What URFURNISH provides

URFURNISH is a shopping assistant that places real, purchasable furniture and decor into photos of your room using AR, matches your style, and gathers options from multiple retailers into one shoppable board. It is a discovery and visualisation layer over furniture that is sold by third-party retailers.

URFURNISH is not itself the seller of the furniture shown. Purchases are completed on each retailer's own checkout, under their terms.

Your account

To use the placement and shopping features you create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure.
Be responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Use the service for genuine furnishing and shopping, whether for yourself or your clients.

Your room photos and content

You keep ownership of the room photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant URFURNISH the permission needed to process those images to generate placements, renders and recommendations for you.

You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you provide, and that they do not infringe the rights of others.

Placements and recommendations

AR placement is a realistic visual aid designed to help you judge scale, colour and fit before buying. It is a close representation, not a guarantee of exact appearance. Real-world colour, texture and dimensions can vary with lighting, materials and the retailer's own product.

Style matching and budget-aware suggestions are recommendations to help you decide. The final choice, and the purchase, remain yours.

Prices, availability and retailers

Prices and availability shown on your board are drawn from third-party retailers and can change. We work to keep them current, but the price and stock at the retailer's checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase.

Orders, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are handled by the retailer you buy from.
Issues with a delivered product are resolved with that retailer under their policies.
Retailer coverage changes over time as sources are added or updated.

Plans and payment

URFURNISH offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed as described at signup. You can move between plans, and changes to the tools available to you take effect when your plan changes. Fees for the service are separate from any amount you pay a retailer for furniture.

Acceptable use

To keep the service safe and useful, you agree not to:

Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Scrape, resell or misuse retailer data surfaced through the platform.
Use the service to mislead others or infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The URFURNISH platform, its software, design and brand are protected and remain ours. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you. Retailer names and product content shown belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. While we work to make placements accurate and pricing current, we do not warrant that every render, price or availability status will be error-free, and we are not responsible for the products, fulfilment or conduct of third-party retailers.

To the extent permitted by law, URFURNISH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from purchases made with retailers.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service and its users. On closure, your uploaded photos and personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

As the product develops, these terms may be updated so they continue to reflect how the service works. Where changes are material, we will make them known through the service, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the revised terms.
